Scholarship Requirements 2022 - 2023

1. The minimum grade point average (GPA) is 3.00 on a scale of 4.00, by submitting a
copy of the academic transcript legalized by the University.

2. Priority is given to those who are not currently receiving scholarships from other
institutions, as well as students who have paper publications (poster/oral) in 2022.

3. For all universities, scholarships will only be given or prioritized for students who are
undergoing semester 3 (three) to semester 5 (five) and only if the GPA meets the
requirements.

4. Scholarship for the academic year 2023/2024 will be awarded based on selection
results from various universities in the amount of Rp. 3,500,000.00 (three million five
hundred thousand rupiah) per semester for each scholarship recipient.

5. Participate in an interview for scholarship recipients that will be conducted by SPE,


the place and time will be determined later. At the time of the interview, students are
expected to show supporting documents that may be needed, such as university
transcripts, family cards, a list of parents' income and others.

6. Scholarship recipients who are unable to maintain their last semester grade point
average of 3.00 (scale 4.00) will not receive another scholarship in the following
semester unless the student declares that his or her decline in achievement is
recognized by progress and approved by the SPE management.

7. The Scholarship Committee requires writing motivation letter as a mandatory


requirement to get a scholarship from the Indonesian Java SPE Section. The
motivation letter should comply with the following general guidelines:

- Written in a good English, minimum of 300 words.


- Explain: reason to study in your current discipline
- Explain: reason to join SPE
- Explain: post-graduation goals and your role in the industry
