OObjective To provide the tasks, responsibilities and related controls needed to


ensure that Logistics operations are continually reviewed to provide the
best possible service to the Customer, and when necessary, ceased in
a safe, secure and cost effective manner through to ultimate
abandonment ensuring practises worth replicating are passed to others
so that processes can be further improved.

Scope Personnel within the EP Europe organisation either directly employed or


subcontracted involved in the processing of customer demands for

Additional requirements Tasks 1 through to 5 are part of a continuous cycle in which capacity
requirements and service levels are monitored and modified to

possible to identify best practise to improve the Operate phase of
