Only officially enrolled students as of October 15, 2022 shall be allowed to take the said examinations. With this, exam permits per class will be issued ‘on October 16, 2022 by the Office ofthe Dean, 3. Law professors shall have the discretion on the mode of examination for their ‘own classes (handwritten or digital); 4. The conduct of Midterm Examinations shall be in accordance with the schedule attached hereto as Annex “A"; 5. The room assignments forthe midterm examinations shall be published in a separate memorandum; 7. The established Health Protocols issued by the Ofice ofthe Dean, the Hasmin ‘Administration, and issuances by the pertinent Government Agencies shall be suit followed in the conduct ofthe examinations: 8. COVID-19 Contingencies: & Law Professors may provide a proctor to fiilitate the Midterm Examination, especially if he/she contracts COVID-I9 or is experiencing symptoms thereof; b. Ifa student contracts COVID-19, he'she shall be eligible to take a special examination, provided that he/she has provided proof thereof to the satisfaction ofthe Office ofthe Dean; ©. Ifa student is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, helshe shall secure an antigen swab test result In case of a positive result, no. 7 (b) shall apply In case of a negative result, helshe shall take the Midterm Examination as scheduled; 4. Ifa student is close contact with a confirmed ease of COVID-19, hhlshe shall follow the IATF rules attached hereto as Annex “B": 9.
