My worst sport experience (Part 1)

Many years ago when I was 7 years old I had my worst sporting experience, I played in

my school soccer team, we went to the town stadium where we came in second place

because when I was kicking the ball I kicked a kid from the other team and my ankle

came out and it hurt a lot and I screamed very loud, My soccer coach put my ankle

back in place and it stopped hurting a little bit, they took me to the hospital and I had a

very bad time, since that day I’m afraid to play soccer or volleyball because I’m afraid

that the same thing will happen to me or worse. When I was 14 years old, I joined the

national team of my school, I participated in many matches with most of the other

schools. I trained a lot until in a match I fractured my right wrist, I was in a cast for 3

months. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience because as I was in school, I used

to write with my right hand. However, I had to write with my left hand. My handwriting

was better with this hand than with the other. I felt very bad because I was playing very

well. And now my performance is not the same as it was many years ago. Since there

were some complications with my fracture, which was that my hand became stiff when

I used it and that I felt pain in the affected area when doing any activity that requires

movement or strength of my hand, causing me many ups and downs in my daily life,

although I hope that with the rehabilitation that I am undergoing in the hospital

specialized in traumatology of the hand, I will be able to use my hand again in a more

natural way.
