Hering (Tax ID 78.876.950/0001-71) was summoned by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM") to initiate an administrative sanctioning process against the Cia. Hering itself and Mr. Fabio Hering, former CEO of Cia. Hering, who currently holds the Vice-Presidency of the Board of Directors of the Grupo SOMA The Sanctioning Process was initiated to investigate the alleged use of material information not yet disclosed to the market, on the occasion of the repurchases carried aut by Cia Hering in April 2021. prior to the signing of the association agreement with Grupo SOMA.
