Information on shares of the company

Originally incorporated as Bajaj Auto Finance Limited on March 25, 1987, as a non-
banking financial company, primarily focused on providing two and three-wheeler
finance. Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd launched its initial public issue of equity share and
was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India.
1994 - The Company offered 64,88,200 No. of equity shares of Rs 10 each at a
premium of Rs 80 per share of which 23,13,200 shares were offered to promoters
and their associates and the balance 41,75,000 shares were offered to the Indian
Public. All were accepted.
