What is hair?
• Hair is a protein filament that grows from follicles found in the
dermis. Hair is one of the defining characteristics of mammals. The
human body, apart from areas of glabrous skin, is covered in follicles
which produce thick terminal and fine vellus hair.

• Teeth that are white and bright have great appeal. A bright smile

something everyone can and should do. It's how you stay looking
good and feeling good. All you need to do is establish a good daily
routine so that you remain fit, healthy, clean and tidy.

• Social graces are skills used to interact politely in social situations.
They include manners and etiquette, which are specifically accepted
rules within a culture for the application of universal manners.

• Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-
being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
• Proper nutrition-A healthy diet throughout life promotes healthy
pregnancy outcomes, supports normal growth, development and
ageing, helps to maintain a healthy body weight, and reduces the risk
of chronic disease leading to overall health and well-being.

• Reduce means to minimize the amount of waste we create. Reuse
refers to using items more than once. Recycle means putting a
product to a new use instead of throwing it away. Rethink is about
considering how our actions affect the environment. Recover
refers to the practice of putting waste products to use
