2. How does News Article No. 1(Web.MD)
define the Delta variant of COVID-19?

According to the Web MD, the Delta variant can spread more easily
because the spike protein of the strain possesses alterations that
make it simpler for it to infect human cells. That means that if
someone contracts the virus, they may become more contagious
and spread it more easily to others. According to public health
specialists, the average individual infected with Delta infects three
or four more people. However, the delta variant may be able to
evade immunizations and some COVID-19 therapies.
3. How does News Article No. 2 (BBC.com)
explain the commonly reported symptoms
of the Delta variant of COVID-19?

According to the BBC, the most common symptoms associated

with Covid infection in the UK include headache, sore throat, and
runny nose. For younger people, catching the Delta type can feel
"more like a nasty cold," according to Prof Tim Spector. Fever is still
very common, but loss of smell is no longer among the top ten
symptoms.
4 How is News Article No. 3 (IndiaToday.in), a fact-
checking website, able to verify the authenticity
and reliability of the news information?
Due to statements collected from trustworthy sources such as the
World Health Organization, IndiaToday is a quick review website
that can evaluate the authenticity and reliability of the news
information. According to the article, the Delta variety has become
a big problem for the United Kingdom, causing over 90% of new
Covid-19 cases in the country. However, viral blogs claim that the
Delta version causes no cough, fever, weakness, or loss of appetite,
but in reality, Delta-induced Covid symptoms are comparable to
those of other strains, including persistent cough, headache, fever,
and sore throat.

FAKE NEWS:
Article that verify Garlic Can't cure Covid-19

Coronavirus is becoming more common in more nations

around the world, and there is currently no cure. Even
though garlic is "a healthful food that may have some
antibacterial qualities," there is no proof that consuming it
can protect people from the new coronavirus, according to
the WHO. These types of cures aren't always hazardous in
and of themselves, as long as they don't keep you from
following evidence-based medical advice. They have the
potential to be, though. Drinking water and eating fruits and
vegetables can help you stay healthy. However, there is no
evidence that certain meals will aid in the fight against this
illness.
Article that verify Garlic Can't cure Covid-19

According to Washington Post, garlic contains

antimicrobial, antiviral, anti-tumor, and
antibacterial properties, and it is being studied
for these properties. The majority of antiviral
research focuses on HIV or the common cold,
and data from these studies cannot be extended
to the novel coronavirus. It's easy to embellish
and mislead people because there's a sliver of
understanding concerning garlic and viruses.

According to the WHO, "There is no indication

from the present outbreak that eating garlic has
protected patients from the new coronavirus,"
