Pragati: Welcome to 7.007, I’m your host RJ Pragati.

We’ve organized a hot show just for

our audience! So, the topic we’ll be covering today is ‘Innocent or Black.

I would suggest all the parents to listen to this show along with their kids. You can stay
assured that the content of this show is very informative for the young minds.

Pragati: This incident took place on the evening of the 3 r d of September, when Mr.Rakesh
went with the hope of buying a present was accused of stealing a pendant.

It might seem strange but Mr.Singh agreed with us to highlight upon this incidence.

Pragati: Mr.Singh was on the way back to home after a long hectic day of workload on his
shoulders but he was excited to surprise her wife with a small present.

His search for the present ends at a jewellery store. He enters into the store and saw a
magnificent pendant. He imagined how it would look on her wife and asked for the price.
The price quoted for the pendant was ₹22000. That’s actually quite a sum of money to
spend just on a pendant so he moved onto a bracelet and asked to pack it. While the gift
was getting packed, a well-dressed white man enters the store and asked for the costliest
item on the list. The store manager immediately stopped packing the bracelet and
addressed this well-dressed white man. Mr.Singh patiently waited for 10 minutes and
asked the manager to pack the item but he said “Can’t you see, I am addressing this very
important customer, you have to wait”. The white man received a call and left in a hurry.

Mr.Singh asked him to pack the item now to which the manager replied “It’s because of
you that that man left. He was uncomfortable standing next to you”. He felt disappointed
and didn’t utter a single word. While making the payment, his debit card declined and he
offered his credit card. The manager accused him of using a stolen credit card and
suggested him to leave. Mr.Singh got disappointed and decided to leave. While moving
out, the manager spotted the pendant missing and shouted “Thief, thief, don’t you dare to
run”. He didn’t stole anything.

The cops immediately reported at the store and searched Mr.Singh for the pendant.
Unfortunately, they couldn’t find anything. They asked the manager for the CCTV footage.
They checked the footage and found out that the well-dressed white man stole the pendant,
not Mr.Singh. He was shocked to see this and begged for mercy from Mr.Singh. “Today,
you learned a very important lesson that is never judge a book by its cover.” said
Mr.Singh.

Pragati: We conducted our own research and all the information provided by Mr.Singh was
proved to be true. We all heard and took a really important lesson that is to never judge a
book by its cover and never judge a person by his colour. It doesn’t matter how you look
on the outside, all that matters is what’s on the inside.

Pragati: Thank you for staying connected and I hope you enjoyed today’s show. Continue
listening to 7.007 as we have arranged a special music evening just for you. Stay tuned,
stay connected and stream 7.007.
