Method
Cut the water Mellon into cubes then wash the hard lettuce then lay the lettuce on the salad
plate the lettuce will be followed by the water Mellon. chop the spring onion and spread evenly
on the water mellon.
Make the dressing using the balsamic vinegar,salt, lemon and oil, then grate the feta cheese
then sprinkle to the salad lastly dress the salad with the balsamic vinegrate.
Serve while chilled
