COMPLAINT JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT

COMPLAINANT: LEAH B. LAAG

Complainant, LEAH B. LAAG, Filipino, of legal age, single, with address at

Sta Cruz Liloan Cebu, Philippines, under oath, do hereby depose and say:

DIRECT EXAMINATION QUESTIONS, WITH ANSWERS

1. Q: Why are you executing this Complaint-Affidavit?

A: I am executing this Complaint-Affidavit in order to file criminal charges

against KYLE TALISIC and DINJIE LELIS for violation of Article
155 of the Revised Penal Code for Alarms and Scandal;
2. Q: Could you please tell me more about this threat? Where did it happen?

A: It was October 15 at 9:30 pm when we heard a loud explosion of a

firecracker. It happened in the street on the way to Duros Batching Plant
in Brgy. Sta. Cruz.

3. Q: Why were you there?

A: I lived there and it was just a few meters away from my house.

4. If you the person whom you file the case, can you tell about his/her personal
circumstances?

A: They are KYLE TALISIC and DINJIE LELIS they at Brgy. Sta. Cruz,
Liloan, Cebu. They also lived few meters away and both of them are a 4 th year
college student.

5. Q: Ok, please continue.

A: on that night, I heard a group of teenagers laughing so loud and shout at

them to lower their voices but did not listen they continued laughing and
throwing their empty bottle of red horse on the street. The meanwhile when I’m
about to go to sleep I heard a loud explosion and laughing.

6. Q: What else happened Ma’am, if any?

 A: I contacted the Brgy. Tanod and reported them what happened. They
quickly respond to the location I told them and when they got there, the group
of teenagers run fast and only Kyle and Dinjie was caught.

7. Q: Who is your witness Ma’am?

A: Pamela Gerebese my neighbor and she already executed an affidavit of what

she had witnessed.

8. Q: Do you have this affidavit Ma’am?

A: Yes, I have sir.

A: No more. That would be all for now sir.
