3. REQUIREMENTS

subjectsd to a positive pressure of 25 lb/in2 and subsequently
fired for velocity, shall have an average velocity that does not
vary by more khan plus or minus 23 meters per second from the
average velocity obained in paragra~ 3.6 above. In addition, all
such cartridges shall fire, with all bullets clearing the bore.
3.11 Primer

4.5 Test

4.5.7 Function

The total quantity of rounds specified in Table II for function
and casualty testing shall be fired in each weapon type. Two
weapons of each type are required, with one half the total rounds
to be fired in each weapon.
