Introduction: Gynaecologic malignancy is major disease and leading cause of
deaths in female patients, with an estimated 88,750 new cancer cases and 29520 deaths in United States in 2012. To overcome Gynaecologic morbidity diseases all professionals work with a multidisciplinary approach using advanced available imaging modalities. Main aim of oncological imaging is to differentiate between nonmalignant and malignant tissue. CT and MRI help in detecting cancer by detecting tissue distortion.
