    If the company has strict principles, it does not matter how to impress the auditor.

    Because the meaning of this statement is deeper than at first sight.

    Happy employees make happy auditors, I guess.

    It is very important for a company to have a clear structure and the freedom to openly share your
    ideas with the company's management.It is not so important to use the only legitimate power in the
    company. What about referent and expert power? Coercive?

    The corporate spirit and a friendly atmosphere can create a strong foundation for understanding
    colleagues and external colleagues.
