Dear Chancellor:

In view of Section 3 of P.D. No. 322, I am humbly requesting for flexible office hours for
this holy month of Ramadan, from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM instead of 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
This will allow me to attend the numerous demands in my respective office such as
preparation of reports, on call meetings, and other necessary work which usually extend our
time.
