Chairman: Hello everybody, it is a pleasure to see you in today's meeting. We are fully
thankful. Let me introduce our colleague Susan Smith.

Susan Smith: Hello, my name is Susan Smith and I´m the Head of Operation at Galaxy
Services located in Frankfurt, Germany with 20 years of experience. I manage the Munich
and Hamburg team and our purpose is to plan and manage events for multinational
organizations.

Chairman: Good Morning Hello! Thank you all for coming to this meeting. Our partner Adam
Jones will continue the meeting. Please go ahead.

Adam Jones: Thanks and Hello everybody, I’m Adam Jones and the sales director at Bio-
Plus with around 14 years of experience in the sales market.
Our company located in Dallas, TX, has recently earned an award of the Top 20
pharmaceutical companies in the World. That means that we are among the best companies
which make pharmaceutical products.

A company’s uniform is better than wearing your own clothes at work

In my opinion, wearing a company’s uniform is way much better than using your own
clothes. You could think, why?I know that freedom of expression is important nowadays but
we need to make a harmonic look in the working environment. Sometimes the rules are
there for a reason, that's why the dress code had been created, for making equality.

Project Part 3:

The purpose of this meeting is to create new thematic events for the next season in League
Of Legends.
Steve will be the timekeeper, she also will take the minutes and send them to everybody
after the meeting.
Please, check your agenda to make sure that we are all in the same way.
There are 3 Items on the Agenda, the first one is the Theme.

The second item is to choose the potential group of character who will be selected for the
new theme.
