AIM
● The main aim of the design a five star hotel without compromising the
aesthetics and service with unique space having world-class service for
the visitor to stay

OBJECTIVES

● To design an energy efficient building through proper orientation,

building material and develop design and landscaping.
● To design the 3 star hotel be used in the vision of material and
technologies to save energy and water resources.
● To design a hotel responding to the site condition.
● The designing the hotel with the approach of considering the required
service.
● To study various benefits of applying green building strategies to a
tropical Hotel reason.
 SCOPE OF
STUDY
As there are very less the green building movement encompasses a lot but the
study will measure on, examination of various principles and techniques
associated with green building practices. It will explore various design and
construction principle that minimum energy consumption, improve indoor
environment quality material usage , land use and site in hotel.

LIMITATIONS

● Detailed cost analysis and quantity estimate will be neglected

due to me Limited period of time.
● Study cannot provide detailed drawings like structural drawing
etc.
