municipality of Demir Kapija, called Popova Kula, with approval for construction of photovoltaic power
plants, owned by HELIOCENTRUM DOO Skopje.
Company for production, trade and services HELIOCENTRUM DOO Skopje is founded in 2014.
The main activity of the company is 35.11 Production of electric energy. The company is owned by three
domestic individuals.
The company owns real estate-construction land with a total area of 8,419 m2, divided into six
plots in the cadastral municipality of Demir Kapija, called place Popova Kula as presented in the table
below, each with valid building permit for five photovoltaic plants of 50Kwh and one 100 kWh
photovoltaic power plant.

PRICE

The price for all assets of the Company is 55,000 EUR (6.5 EUR per square meter of real
estate).
