Dear HR Department, it has been reported that there was a mistake in

the payroll credit for the last cut-off. This has been an issue in our
employees, and it might create an impact on their work in our
company.

Last year, there was also the same mistake that happened, and it
causes a tremendous effect on the workers, and it confuses them a lot
why this same mistake keeps on happening.

As an HR Department, it is your duty and responsibility to look in this

error and provide a solution to keep the company workers at peace.

We might conduct a meeting and familiarize the proper procedures so

that they will not happen again. This issue should not be taken lightly.
