1.) What hinders us from being compassionate to others? Why

do we choose not to help even we are given so many
opportunities to do it?
- Because they think that they might just be deceived or that
they might not be able to do bad things that could be bad in
their lives, sometimes people think that's why they don't want
to help others.

2.) According to social neuroscience, what happens to our

brain when we attend to the needs of others?
- According to social neuroscience, the brain is said to activate
when two people interact, suddenly we can also feel the feeling
of sympathy or sadness of that person.

3.) What is the first step that we should take in order to be

more compassionate to others?
- As a human being, listen to every word and value a person
and make every step appropriate so that the person can still
feel love and sincerity.
