Why is culture important to an organization's diversity in tourism and hospitality industry?

As a Tourism it is important for me to study culture as it is part of my life and my growth


and molds me as a person and to give me an opportunity to know what’s the different
beliefs culture and have a symbiotic relationship that can increase the competitiveness
and appeal of regions and nations. Organization diversity can lead to enhanced
problem-solving, better decision-making, and new, innovative ideas as well as in our
industry, For example as in tourism industry. If I am going to work in my future career, I
am able to handle and be smart enough as our culture taught me to be brave and have
courage in what you want in life. I would use behaviors for me to handle my work. In
Tourism industry, you need to have discipline and perseverance because as it deals
with lots of customers and even on passengers. When you don’t have that character,
you wont able to give the service that the person or people.
A company's performance and competitiveness are heavily influenced by its capacity to
embrace diversity and benefit from it. Businesses stand to benefit in many ways when
they proactively assess the challenges posed by diversity in the workplace and develop
and implement diversity initiatives. In essence, cultural diversity aids in the development
of an organization's cultural competence. It uses a variety of strategies to boost
production and give the hotel business a competitive edge. Workplace cultural diversity
has a significant sociocultural component. First and foremost, cultural diversity
management gives staff members the opportunity to learn more about the organization's
diverse workforce and clientele. Their perspectives may be widened, and they may
approach issues differently in the future.
