ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

Title of Activity: 1st HPTA Meeting and Election of HPTA Officers

Venue: VNHS Room 14, G7 Building
Participants: 30 Parents of G9-Korea, Classroom Adviser
Description: Our academe got the biggest share in the Annual National Budget. Despite of it, we in the DepEd witnessed
different problems like lack of classrooms, books, chairs, tables and many more. As teachers we need to tap our stakeholders so
that we can addressed the problems. We should always seek the help of our parents, because they are our partners in building
quality education.

Objectives:
1. Discussed the Rules and Regulations of the School
2. Remind and Revisit the Safety Health Protocols
3. Discussed comprehensively the Grading System in the different subjects in Junior High
School.
4. Conduct the Election of HPTA Officers
5. Tackle the needs of the students in the classroom.
6. Consult the students about the Homeroom PTA Projects.

Highlights of Accomplishments
 The meeting started exactly at 3:20 pm in the afternoon.
 The Teacher-Adviser discussed the different agenda comprehensively.
 He also reminded the parents to follow the Safety Health Protocols whenever they go to
school.
 He also reiterated to the parents that students should always follow the minimum health
protocols like wearing of face masks and sanitation.
 He also discussed the different Grading System per subject.
 We elected 6 energetic Homeroom PTA Officers.
 We agreed that our Homeroom Project this school year in Grade 9-Korea are 4 Stand Fan.
 Majority of the parents agreed that every parent should contribute in the Homeroom PTA
Project.
