Job Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for creating and maintaining a systematic approach to financial records
To Supervise the Overall Functions of The HR & Admin Department.
To Develop & Implement Policies, Procedures Relevant to HR Dept as Per Labor Law and Best
Practices.
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and take necessary action deemed to be
appropriate.
Manage & monitor employees/workers health, safety & environmental issues in the entire
office/factory premises.
Motivate & counsel to the staff regarding duties/responsibilities, job security and benefits.
Handling employee grievance and disciplinary action.
Monitoring recruitment, Salary fixation, issuing appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.
To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, increment,
worker's wages, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of
qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates
with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and
incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Prepare Job Advertisement and execute the whole Recruitment Process.
Create and periodically review the HR policy and processes of the organizations and recommend
suitable modifications.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) and office management software.
Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduate in any discipline/ MBA in HRM
PGD in HRM & Compliance will get priority.
Experience Requirements
5 to 8 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies,
Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Additional Requirements
Age 30 to 40 years.
