Service Charge : As per Company regulation

Meal : Meal allowance Rp 350.000,00 / Months

THR : THR is given proportionally according to the calculation of months of service

divided by 12 and multiplied by 1 month’s salary

Transpotasion : Transpotasion allowance Rp 250.000,00 / Month’s

Positional allowance : 5 % from total salary Rp 175.000,00 / month’s

Medical / Health care benefit : As per company Regulation

Annual Leave : 12 day per year after working 12 months consecutively
