Step:
First, cassava grated,to be mingled by maizena flour, cocount mink and
sugar, a few salt.
Second,steam 15 minute, decanted by last of coconut mink jell.
Finally,steam again 40 minute, made cool,lift from printing, mould,
present.
Bahan:
1.singkong 5.santan
2.gula pasir 6.maizena
3.gula jawa 7.daun pandan
4.garam 8.pewarna makanan
Langkah-Langkah:
Pertama,Singkong diparut,dicampur tepung maizena,gula,dan
santan,sedikit garam.
Kedua,kemudian kukus 15 menit, lalu dituang santan kental.
Terakhir,Kukus lagi 40 menit,dinginkan,angkat dari cetakan, sajikan.
