Give a short background of where those civilizations
existed and the reasons for their society's collapse.
1. The Indus Valley Civilization or Harappa Civilization was discovered in 1921 in
Harappa, at the Punjab Region. Based on the excavations, this civilization existed around 5000BCE with its communities having an advanced city life. There were bathrooms, wells, and underground drainages that are well-equipped. However, no one can confirm what happened to its over 5 million people. One theory says that their collapse was caused by a massive Aryan migration but archaeologists did not found any evidence of military war. Another theory is that their collapse was caused by climate change which flooded the area due to continuous rains. The decline of this civilization up until now is still a mystery.
