1. The title of the journal is Effects Of Two Levels Of Caffeine Doses On Endurance

Performance Of Normal Young Black African Subjects. It little bit long, but it is enough to describe the whole aspect in that journal. From the title, we can expect what we will get. The alternative title can be use is Effect of level of caffeine doses on endurance performance of normal young black Africa subject.
2. The problem start when the controversy surrounding the use of caffeine as food

beverages by laymen or use as an ergogenic aid by local, national and international athletes has drawn the attention of many scientists to research into the effects of this drug. Some Scientists view it as a justifiable extension of the body s natural capacities, while others see it as a dangerous and unethical violation of the code of fair play in sports. In the world nowadays, this become the major issue. So that this research is very important to all people generally and especially for athletics.
3. The objective of this research was to determine the effects of two levels of caffeine
doses (5 &10 mg/kg) on endurance exercise performance of normal young male African adults. This objective is very good because its clearly show what the researcher needed.

4. Material that use in this research is absolutely the doses of the caffeine and also 20

subject that normal young black African student.

Get and identify sample : 20 male young adult.

Repeated measure design in which each subject served as his own control (Posttest placebo controlled design) was used.

6. The result actually present in various type. It is in article, tables and also graph. Overally the result presented clear, relevant, and very easy to understood.

7. In the discussion part, the main part that had been discuss is the effect of different type of exercise utilized by modes, intensity and duration whether it is proportional to doses of caffeine or not. Beside that, the consistency of present study and past study also been analyze in discussion. So that, effect of the doses of caffeine will be studying successfully. Overally, all the point that raised is good and relevant. 8. An abstract is a short summary of your completed research. If done well, it makes the

reader want to learn more about your research. These are the basic components of an abstract in any discipline : i. Motivation/problem statement: Why do we care about the problem? What practical, scientific, theoretical or artistic gap is your research filling? ii. Methods/procedure/approach: What did you actually do to get your results? (e.g. analyzed 3 novels, completed a series of 5 oil paintings, interviewed 17 students) iii. Results/findings/product: As a result of completing the above procedure, what did you learn/invent/create? iv. Conclusion/implications: What are the larger implications of your findings, especially for the problem/gap identified in step 1? However, it's important to note that the weight accorded to the different components can vary by discipline. So that, from this research abstract, it was written very well.
