Hot Spot is identified in a low area of temporary traffic

order.
All hoses laid in open ground are protected and

maintained for serviceability.
All hoses crossing the road are well protected and
9 provided with access ramp, ducts protected by Asphalt
or concrete or any safety measures.

Pumps and generators are tested, operational and
10 fuelled fully and additional storage of fuel in flood
emergency storage.

11 Berms and bunds are in good shape with no cracks.

All barriers and hoardings are correctly placed and

secured from falling off during a gusty wind.
Plastic barriers are interconnected and filled with water
13
or any measures from falling apart.
All pipes, hoses and any discharge system are in place,

connected and operational without defects.
Concrete barriers where used are fitted with flashing
15
lights, reflector strips as required.
16 All necessary PPE is available on site
Trained personnel are available on the site for any

emergency. And they have been trained frequently.
