With my outstanding request for weather data from the National Agromet Station (NAS), I hereby
agree to use the data that will be provided, only for the specific purpose indicated and approved
by ABSEED-IABE.

I hereby acknowledge that all data from the NAS are considered property of the University of the
Philippines Los Baños, PAGASA-DOST, and PCAARRD-DOST. Appropriation thereof in any
manner other than those approved shall constitute a criminal offense and be deemed a violation of
existing University and Philippine government rules.
