DOCUMENTARY TENDERING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR

FEDERAL OR STATE CONTRACTORS

All bids must be accompanied with the following with the highlighted in yellow ink
obtainable (as one-off for repeat usage) from the appropriate issuing authorities

i) Evidence of Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission


(CAC) in Nigeria.

ii) Valid Certificate of Compliance with Pension Act issued by the National
Pension Commission (PenCom).

iii) Certificate of Compliance with ITF Act

iv) Certificate of Compliance with National Social Insurance Trust Fund


(NSITF) Act

v) The current 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate of the Company.

vi) Copies of dully authenticated Company’s audited accounts for the last
three years.

vii) Sworn Court Affidavit indicating that the Company is not in Receivership
and none of its Directors was ever convicted of fraudulent activity.

viii) Interim Registration Report (IRR) as evidence of registration with the


Bureau of Public Procurement National Database for Contractors,
Consultants and Service Providers.

ix) Evidence of Financial capacity to undertake the project: Letter of


commitment to provide funding from a bank or evidence of financial
resources to undertake the project.

x) Evidence of having successfully carried out similar works. (Please attach


letters of Award/Completion Certificate). (Record of Activity or Project
Milestones)

xi) Company profile indicating qualification and experience of key staff for the
project.
