Step 1. Launch a command prompt (must run as admin, from windows start menu, search cmd.

then right click > run as admin) and enter the following command:

Pnputil /enum-drivers > C:\drivers.txt

Step 2. Using a text editor (notepad, notepad++, etc) open up the txt file. Press the CNTRL+F keys and
find “GE Intelligent Platforms”. Check for duplicate entries of “GE Intelligent Platforms”, here is an
example where two drivers exist (take note of the published name in green):
Step 3. Back in the command prompt, type the following:

Pnputil /delete-driver [PublishedName]

Where Published Name is what you see in green example above. Example command line session:

Repeat the same command for all instances of drivers found per step 2.

Step 4. Then launch the DCP batch file script again.

Step 5. Finally, relaunch PME and retest the DCP tool for correct operation.
