Writing Task: If Clause Present Tense

Silvia : Hi, Sal! Have you studied for midterm exam?

Salsa : Hi! Yes I have, how about you?

Silvia : No, I haven't. The teachers gave us so many homeworks lately 'til I can't manage my own
time to study for midterm test.

Salsa : Hm... We have the same problem, Silv! But I think we can study from those tasks. We
shouldn't give up if we want to get good scores.

Silvia : Hm... Yeah, I guess you're right.

Salsa : My sister told me that if I can reach 90 in 5 subjects, she will take me on vacation. That's
why I need to study hard haha.

Silvia : Wow, that sounds good! I'm really sure it gives you so much motivation.

Salsa : Yup, it does! How about you? Do you have any motivations to make you study hard for
midterm test?

Silvia : Hmm... yes, I have. My aunt promised me that if I can reach 90 in Indonesian literature,
English literature and mathematics, she will buy me some books and a set of painting tools.

Salsa : Wow, that's amazing! Is painting your hobby?

Silvia : Yes, I learnt painting since I was a child. My grandpa taught me.

Salsa : You know what? If you keep improving your skill in painting, you'll be a famous artist
one day and your creations will be known.
Silvia : I hope so, thank you.... By the way, what if we hang out together in the park before exam?
If it doesn't rain, that is.

Salsa : Sure, I think it's a good idea to relax our minds a little before the exam.

Silvia : Okay. See you on Sunday, Sal!
