Fast Trac k Procedure fo r Processing the Se ond Appeals

Relating to Premium Assessment for Lease Modification Transactions

The captioned fast track procedure was promulgated vide Practi ce

Note No, 5/2006 and took effect from [2 July 2006. Since then , the J rocedure
has been operating on a trial basis . The trial period is extended up to [ [ July
2008 .

2. Upon review, it has been decided that the procedure should be

implemented on a permanent basis with immediate effect.
