Introduction section :

_ MMG company was originated as an American car dealership , which has a

division in Australia under the trademark of ” Carcierge”. Try to have a brief
historical background of the company in US. And how it was expanded its
territory to Australia ?

Literature review :

_ You should mention the exact title of legislation in US. Related to : 1- law to
prevent car manufacturers to sell cars directly to their customers. 2- law in US.
For territorial rights granted to dealers.

_ You had only one reference to previous literature “ i.e.” Islam. 2016 . Try to
introduce some more resources especially those which support your research
objectives. For example : what are the most important publications and prior
researches ( albeit ; quantitative or qualitative ) done on MMG Co. and Carcierge
and identify the questions and solutions proposed by them.

_ What are your sets of questions and research topics haven’t covered by
previous researchers ?

Methodology :

_ You as a researcher have to interpret your findings gathered by by structured

interviews and questionnaire
_ In terms of customers responses to the innovative approaches of Carcierge , you
have to generate knowledge and Interpret it to formulate a theory or to justify
your Grounded Theory ( if you are using Qualitative approach )

_ If you are conducting a descriptive approach based on statistical data, either you
can categorize them and identify the degree of co-relation between variables to
recognize the effect of one independent variable ( X ) over the dependent
variables ( Ys) consistent with Quantitative Research Methodology , or you can
transform your descriptive findings and numbers into; analytical content to
support the categories or axis of Qualitative data clusters .

_ I would like to see your first draft of questionnaire and a list of your selected
topics of queries ( qualitative surveys ) to articulate the innovative processes of
“Carcierge” customer services; consistent with your research questions.
