Floor joists : 50 x 50 x 2.0 mm M.S. Square Hollow Section shall be welded at 300 mm centres (traverse), making the floor assembly in to one integral frame. (alt) Floor joists : 65 x 65 x 5.0 mm M.S. Angle shall be welded at 600 mm centres (traverse), making the floor assembly in to one integral frame. 2b. Decking. 18 mm Cement Fibre Board fixed to the joists and steel frame. 2e. Floor covering inside the Toilets: 3 mm thick Fire retardant GRP lamination (of grey color) on Cement Fibre Boards, with necessary slope for floor drain out. 100mm high GRP skirting for the wet area Necessary floor drains shall be provided. 2d. Floor covering in dry areas: PVC Vinyl sheet of 2.0mm thickness shall be used inside the room areas. 3. FRAME/ WALLS 3a. Framing: External walls : As @ part of the skeleton structure, All- around Channel/ Box Frames at regular intervals shall be provided along the length to make the structure sturdy. The design would be such that the weight of the unit & accessories are independent and shall not be passed to/ through the panels/ ceilings during loading/ unloading. 3b. External Walls: Sandwich FIRE RETARDANT PU_ (Pan ae filled panels (with 75mm thick PU ReGl4 mm, -offligated Sheet sith Side) Shall be placed on firm skeleton structure. The panels will be of standard sizes of 1.21 X 2.42m and RAL9002 Off White color. Flammability per DIN4102 shall be of B2 Class. 3c. Internal Walls, TOILETS: Sandwich FIRE RETARDANT PU (Poly urethane, 48kg/m filled panels (with SOmm thick PU & 0.4 mm Gl low-rib (212mm) corrugated sheet on either side) shall be placed. The panels will be duly 2.0mm GRP coated.da, Roof covering. 0.42 mm G.l. Prepainted single skin Profile Sheets fixed to G.L. Furring Channel. 4b. Trusses shall be of G.l. Studs 70x 45 x 0.7 mm 275 GSM G.l. Coating (G90) with 50 -60 KSI tensile strength having slope on both sides. 5. Ceiling 5a Ceiling: Sandwich FIRE RETARDANT PU (Poly urethane, 48kg/m*) filled panels (with 50mm thick PU & 0.4 mm GI low-rib (212mm) corrugated sheet on either side) shall be placed. The panels will be of standard sizes of 1.21 X 2.42m and RALS002 Off White color. Flammability per DIN4102 shall be of B2 Class. 5b. Ceiling clear height shall be a minimum of 2.25m from Floor Level. 6a. Doors-External (2nos) Ga. Door Frame: 1.5mm thick Polyester coated Galvanized Steel. Ironmongery shall include handle, hinges & lock fixtures. bab. Door Shutter: 50mm thick Honey Comb Panel, Polyester coated 1.2mm thick Galvanized sheet on both sides. 6b. Doorsinternal {for Toilets) 6b. Internal door (for Toilets) : White powder coated aluminum frame, with Aluminum kick plate shutter. Ironmongery shall include handle, hinges & lock fixtures, 7. Windows 7a Exhaust window : Fixed window with Aluminum framing and 6mm thick obscure glass, fixed with 6” dia KDK (Sinar) Exhaust fan, size: 0.5x0.4 Metre, 8. Electrical 8a, ‘The Electrical installation shall be Single Phase 200/240v, S0Hz. ab. Wiring shall be open with PVC Trunking. All wiring terminate to a thermally operated individual circuit breaker and ELCB's distribution panel as per standard/ statutory requirements. Internal DB shall be provided with ELCB (63A/ 30mA} incomer & MCB outgoing of approved brand (MEM/ Equiv). The Switches/ Boards shall be of ‘water-proof type IPSS. The 64a Isolator (No Socket!) shall be provided at the front face near the external door with necessary cover {to save from sun light/rain) 8c. Light fixtures : 2 x 36 W Fluorescent light, W/P fitting, with protection hook, as shown on drawings. All Light fittings shall be of Diffuser type with end bracket on both sides. All light fittings shall have 40mm Gi spacers forming a gap between the ceiling & light fitting. The Lighting system must clearly show ‘EMERGENCY EXITS'. Pipes & Fittings Piping is carried out using PPR Pipes for hot water & cold water lines and PVC pipes for drainage with all fittings such as angle valve, stopvalve, bottle traps etc.; Hand Wash Basins shall be of Pedestal Type. 10. Sanitary (RAK - Liwa) 10a Ceramic W/C, Urinal and wash basin, complete with fittings as ‘exible spout, mirror, towel rod, and soap tray. GRP Shower Tray (No Plastic Tray) of Size 8OX80cm. 10b. ‘Mixers shall be Kistenmacher - Germany. 10¢ ‘All the fixtures installation shall be factory completed in all respect with floor traps, etc. such ready for connection directly to external drains/ water supply by BEC. 11. GENERAL Lia. ‘The Vendor shall provide the necessary FIRE-RETARDANT Certificate {of the Panel & Paint Manufacturer) for the Sandwich Panels & paint- batch used by him.; ‘One each EXIT Sticker in English & Arabic shall be provided at every ‘exit near the exit lamps. ib. Timber/ Plywood item shall not be used anywhere in the Unit.
