Whereas it appesre to the Government of Mysore that the lands specified in the schedule hereto are hkely to be needed fer the public purpose to wit for formation of Road. Notice to that effect is bereby given to alt whom it may concern, in accordance with the provisions of Sub- Section (1) of Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act I of 1894) as amended by the Mysore Act 17 of 1951 and Government of Mysore hereby authorise the Assistant Commissioner, Shimoga Suh-Division, Sbimoga, to exer ise. the powe's conferred by Section 4 (2) of the Act. Under Section 3{c) of the same Act, she Government of Mysore appoint the Assistant Commistiocer Shimogs Sub-Divirion, Shimoga, to perform the fanctions of Deputy Commissioner under Sertion 5 A of the Act. Any person interested in the lande, may on or before 12th Jaouscy 1972, prefer hi in writing t» tho Assistant Commissioner’Shimoza S1b-Divis fanotions of the Deputy Commissioner under Section 3(0) of Act 17 of 1961. All persons interested in the ssid lands are hereby warned not to obstruct or interfere with any surveyors ‘or other persons emplosed upon the raid lands for the purpoze of the eaid acquisition.
