THIRD YEAR COLLEGE BSBM STUDENTS MAJOR IN MARKETING MANAGEMENT

OBJECTIVES

This research sought to uncover the Factors affecting Customer Satisfaction and the
students Shopping Preference whether it is Traditional commerce or E-commerce. In
fact, based on the collective observation of the researchers, the students at Cavite State
University-Indang Campus have a different taste or perceptions in Shopping. Thus, this
study also ought to determine the different benefits of the E-commerce and Traditional
Commerce based on their products and services for the customers and the factors that
affects their Satisfaction. The problem was perceived that the students seems to have a
different taste or perception in terms of shopping.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

Generally, this research study aims to determine the Factors affecting the Customer
Satisfaction and shopping preference of the students at Cavite State University-Indang
Campus, whether it is E-commerce or traditional commerce. Specifically, it seeks to
answer the following questions:

1. What is the shopping preference of Senior High School Students in terms of;

1.1 Traditional Commerce;

1.2 E-commerce?

2. What are the factors influencing the consumers shopping preference in terms of;

2.1 Customer Relationship Management;

2.2 Value- added Services;

2.3 Availability of Products;

2.4 Variety Offered;

2.5 Ambience?
