I have studied ceremonial magic for over fifteen years including Golden Dawn, Enochian Magick, Wicca, and Chaos Magick. I hold a BA from Western Michigan University in Comparative Religion, and I am familiar with many spiritual paths. I approach magick as an eclectic, believing that no matter what path you follow, you can use those beleifs in cerimonial magick. Most people already possess deep and personal inner symbols that can serve them just as well if not better than learning something new. I know you will enjoy these classes if you wish to find new and powerful ways to experience your spirituality and change your life and the world around you.

As far as we can discern, the sole purpose of human existence is to kindle light in the darkness of mere being. - Carl Gustav Jung Ceremonial magicians use techniques and practices from all traditions, and unify them into a powerful system for self discovery and change. Ceremonial magick is sometimes called learned magick as its practitioners constantly strive to learn new ways of understanding the nature of the universe. Throughout human history people of all beliefs Christians, Pagans, Buddhists, Hindus, and Muslims have practiced magick. Magick transcends cultural and religious paradigms as a way to communicate with and experience the transcendent.

Magical rituals provide intense spiritual experiences beyond most common religious practices. Magicians use this energy to connect with the underlying reality and change their perceptions. The magus understands that if they can change themselves, they can change the world.

These courses will prepare you to be a better magician by teaching not only techniques but by examining the reasons for and effects of all aspects of ritual. Classes will include: Creating magical tools and how to use them. Developing your own symbols and system of correspondences. Building altered states of consciousness. Common rituals and why they are used. Contacting, using, and creating outside entities. Each six-week semester will culminate in creating and performing a ritual that you create.

Unlike other disciplines, magick is practiced to get results, the more specific the better. You can use magick for practical gain, self improvement, or enlightenment. No matter how you use it success in magick reinforces the belief that the world surrounding us operates on not only physical laws, but spiritual ones.
