1. What Are the Relevant Facts?

Answer:
1) The increase in the national sales of pizza that is
proportional with the increase of empty boxes in the
rooms at the Inn made that Sharon give the idea of
install an Oven in the kitchen to offer pizza in the room
service.

2) The decrease of the room services.

3) Guests don’t believe that the traditional steak and

seafood restaurant of the Inn could make an authentic
and high quality pizza.

2. What Are the Ethical Issues?

Answer:
1) The ethical issues could be that people are very biased,
they don’t have the expectation that a traditional
restaurant could do a high quality pizza therefore the
don’t give the benefit of the doubt to have pizza in the
restaurant and judge the pizza without try it.

2) Other is that they are doing misleading advertising

because they are saying the pizza is authentic and is
new but they are doing it in the same restaurant and
with the same things they start doing it in the restaurant
so that is not ethical.

3. What Are the Possible Alternatives?

Answer:
1) The sales of pizza in the room services of the traditional
steak and seafood restaurant don’t improve therefore
Sharon gives the alternative to create a new image for
the pizza sales called “Napoli Pizza” given a different
phone number prefix, doing the deliveries in a Special
box with the name on it. The room service personnel
should use a uniform that has the name of the pizza, just
to do this Special delivery.

2) Start to doing a good promotion of the product.

3) Also they could do an outsourcing with the pizza place
to offer they services at the restaurant and they can with
gain some profits without have to buy things to do the
pizza and have to hire new employees.
