1. Reference: Memorandum from CRS dated July 14, 2002, with the same
subject as above.

2. This pertains to the recently conducted Legazpi City Blood Council Meeting
last July 14, 2022, wherein PNP supports the issues on blood supply deficiency by
initiating bloodletting activity. In this connection, please be informed that PCR personnel
of this Training Center participate during the bloodletting activity dubbed as” KASUROG
Blood, Save Lives “on August 25, 2022, 7:30 AM at PRO5 Multi- Purpose Building,
Camp BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City .
