NARRATIVE REPORT ON GRADE 11 LEVEL PARENTS ORIENTATION

In this pandemic, parents play a great role in the education of their children under the
new normal, DepEd would like parents to understand that education has to continue amidst
health crisis and it will be in a way that health and safety will not be compromised.
In line with this, a parent’s orientation for grade 11 level was called on March 25,
2022, 9:00 a.m. at the school covered court. The agenda discussed are the following:
1. Enrollment Updates
 Lack of Requirements (PSA and Form 10)
 Early Registration starting March 25, 2022
2. Face to Face Classes Preparation
 Parent’s Waiver
 Vaccination
 50% of total learners / maximum of 20 learners per section
3. Focused Areas for the upcoming Face to Face classes
 Reading, Writing and Numeracy
(for JHS - English, Filipino, Mathematics)
(for SHS – Reading and Writing, Statistics and Probability, HE/SMAW NCII)
 Other subjects will remain modular
 No. of hours per day: 3 Hours / Half day
4. Student’s ID is Required. (No ID, No Entry)
 Uniform is not mandatory but have to wear white/formal clothes
5. Face to Face Simulation with 50% of total learners per section
 Will be done in Grade 7 on March 30, 2022, Wednesday
6. Other Matters: (Confession, Pahina, and other Classroom Concerns)
The Parent President of both Grade levels presided the meeting for the grade 11 level
project, the beautification or arc signage. They have agreed that the deadline for the donation
of paint will be on April 6, 2022, they aimed to beautify the signage before the start of face-
to-face classes.
