In partial modification to the earlier orders issued vide Govt, Memo 3" cited, based on the recommendations of the BoCEs, th ENC (AW/IW)/ ENC (1), WRD is informed that “it is appropriate to allow th current sand rates for the ongoing agreements for which original estimates were prepared based on the sand rates adopted after free sand policy. Hence, it is directed to allow the revised sand rates to be applicable to the balance works of all the ongoing works for which original estimates were prepared with the sand rates adopted after free sand policy from 04.09.2019 (date of implementation of New sand Policy) onwards”.
