Barriers of Communication-task

Linguistic Barrier:
As a healthcare Professional, understanding the language and knowing the culture
of the patients of various ethnicities and regions, is important step in treatment.
Through understanding and knowledge, this barrier can be avoided or even lifted.
As per some estimates, the dialects of every two regions changes within a few
kilometers. Even in the same workplace, different employees and people will not
have same linguistic abilities. As a result, the communication networks that lies
across the organization would be enormously affected by this.

Psychological Barriers:
There are various mental and psychological issues that could be barriers to very
effective communication. many people have fear of stage, speech disorders, phobia,
depression etc. some of these conditions are very difficult to manage sometimes and
will result in limiting the ease of communication.

Organizational Structure Barriers:

As we know, there are different techniques and etiquettes of communication at an
organizational level. Each of these methods has its own difficulties and limitations
that could become barriers to effective communication. Most of these barriers arise
because of misleading information or lack of necessary data procurable by the
employees.
