SUBJECT: EXAM DATE PROBLEM DUE TO LEAVING FOR HAJJ

RESPECTED SIR/MADAM
With all due respect it is stated that I Abdullah Khalid, student of
BS Commerce (1st semester) having roll number 8. Respected Sir/Madam, The final paper
of our semester are starting from 13th June by the grace of ALLAH I will be leaving to
perform hajj on 17th June. Unfortunately I won’t be able to give on my exams on date
provided by the department because of hajj, and my whole semester will be wasted.
It is requested sir/madam kindly take my exams before I leave for
hajj. I shall be very thankful for this act of kindness.
