Good relationship is essential in a
workplace as they stand as one for the people because they represent the same organization. Healthy relationship can help the organization look presentive, nice, and motivating to both employees and employer. Organizational environment must motivate people. Let us not talk about the leadership and how the superiors order it subordinates but focus also in motivating its followers. Motivation is a form of encouragement and many of us needs it. Not because the people who works for them are adults and mature, they still need what most of us call the “prep talk” which not only make all of them happy but also motivated. Teamwork and coordination must be maintained to improve work efficiency. In this state, this is after the motivation part. If the environment is motivated, they will be willing to coordinate and be active during teamwork, it can be maintained if they give such bonus to the employees, or even a simple act of gratitude.
