Healthy relationship can help the organization look presentive, nice, and motivating to both
employees and employer.
Organizational environment must motivate people. Let us not talk about the leadership and
how the superiors order it subordinates but focus also in motivating its followers. Motivation is a
form of encouragement and many of us needs it. Not because the people who works for them are
