The Removal of Incomplete grade (INC) in non-pre-requisite course/s
must be done within one year after it has been incurred.However, the TOTAL FEES 3,000.00
incomplete grade in a pre-requisite course/s must be removed within the
TUITION FEE PAYABLE 3,000.00
semester after it has been incurred,otherwise the student has to re-enroll
the said course/s and cannot claim credits for the the advanced
course/s.
Any student who at the end of the semester obtains a grade of 5.0 in three NSTP 100.00
courses (equivalent to 9 units) shall not be admitted in the regular
program.
Accumulation of a total of five failing grades or the equivalent of fifteen STUDENT ORGANIZATION FEES
unitsshall be barred from re-enrollment. Culture and Arts Fee(CAF) 50.00
A student may drop a course anytime during the semester, but not later
than a week after the midterm examination period. A student who intends to JMA 50.00
drop a course should accomplish the dropping form and seek the approval of Student Group Accident Insurance 50.00
