Write a terrible story using the simple past and the modal past for
regrets (should have + past participle).

He was a boy who whishes he had only toys and fun but his parents
announced their separation. He should not have stayed with his mother because she
beats him daily so he decided to leave home and moved in eith his grandparents.
They gave him the love that he always dreamed of, especially his grandmother
who was like his mother but he should have spent more time with her because she
died.

He should have been stronger but he couldn't and the depression caused him
to drop out of school and distract himself with music and video games. Until one
day his grandfather suffered a heart attack, then he felt powerless and frustrated.
He should have made better decisions before but now he made them. He went back
to his studies and opened an internet cafe with the profits. His life improved and
his grandfather was happy. Sometimes a shift in mindset and using the bad to move
forward is the best.
