IMPORT PROCEDURE IN COTE D IVOIRE FOR VESSEL

The requirement for Vessel importation in Cote d‘Ivoire are divided
into two (2) procedures:

I. The custom clearance for a Temporary importation of vessel into Ivory
Coast.

To avoid delay and also to enable us to acquire the Temporary import (TI)
before the arrival of the vessel you need to send us the following at least
two weeks before arrival:
-Commercial invoice of the boat with accessories.
       -master list of vessel
       -The specs of vessel
       -The packing list
-The commercial/packing list of all the other shipments or equipment
onboard.

ICM will draw a draft of the letter for the request of exemption which will
be sent to ENI Côte D Ivoire to be put on their Letterhead.
Afterward ENI will send same letter to DGH for signature.
Then when the letter is signed it is returned to ICM to be sent to customs
administration for the final signature.

 ICM will do the pre clearance (DST) which allow ENI to work with the vessel
and the material then
 When the exoneration is approved and signed by the customs head office,
ICM will establish a detailed exonerated customs declaration and do the customs
process to obtain the delivery ticket and close up the regularization process.
