My main work tasks are including and not limited to the followings:

Daily customers visits and to keep a close follow-up on the opportunities and o answer their inquiries
if needed to build strong relationship with our clients.

Participation in events and providing products and services presentations to promote our products
and solutions.

LCM management by coordination with our factories

Coordination with our factories engineering team and our clients for customized solution and specific
inquires.

Provide technical training on company products to customers and channel partners.

Meetings with consultants and technical teams for product prequalification purposes and to promote
our solution as well.

Assist the sales activities and update all opportunities using sales force (no. of visits, opportunities
status, quoted RFQs, won OPP...)

Prepare marketing plan (go to market, demand creation...) and market analysis by defining the
market needs and to keep an eye on our competitors offering and position against our offering.

Business plan preparation: sales forecast, targeted customers..

Responsible for the sales part of new product (Zenith ATS) by preparing commercial and technical
offer using Empower tools.

Preparation of Sales and marketing activities reports to country manager.

Bring new channel partners and sign related agreement.

Handling daily events and Interface technically with the client to optimize the system design co-
ordinate resolution of technical queries & consultation with suppliers & Coordinate with other
discipline engineers.
