1. No power to slit lamp.

• Check the LED light on the transformer.

o If LED light is not illuminated, then check source.
This would isolate the problem to the wall outlet
for the stand or the stand power, check to verify
switch on stand is set to “on”.
o If the LED light is illuminated, most likely the bulb
has burnt out.
o Check all fuses on stand and slit lamp. Replace if
necessary.

• Check all electrical connections on the back of

the power supply and near bulb housing.
